What makes Nomad Jewellery different?

Our jewellery is made from high quality 316L stainless steel. This means that it wont change colour like most fashion jewellery and is usually safe for sensitive skin too! Products throughout our clothing and other ranges are also made from either recycled, surplus or sustainable natural materials (such as cotton, silk, leather and wood). All of our products are carefully curated and sourced from independent suppliers and artisans worldwide - that’s the spirit of Nomad!

How long does shipping take?

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery service. Shipping times may vary slightly based on your location and Royal Mail's service status. An estimated shipping time will be shown at checkout. If you have not received your order after 14 business days from the dispatch confirmation, please contact us with your order details and we will be happy to help you.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We check each item before dispatch and aim to provide only the best quality products delivered safely to your door. However, we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right...

Damages/Defects: If your order has been damaged in transit or you find a defect with your product on arrival please contact us and we will assist you with a return/exchange for your order.

Sizing: We have an exchange only policy for sizing issues. If you are unsure of your size, please check our sizing guide carefully before purchasing. If you do still need to return your product and we do not have your correct size in stock, we will issue you with a coupon code for the equivalent value to use at a later date (valid on all products throughout the website).

Gifts: If your item was bought as a gift but it is not to your taste, we will issue a coupon code once the item(s) have been returned, provided they are in unworn and undamaged condition.

PLEASE NOTE For sizing or ‘unwanted gift’ returns, postage costs must be covered by the customer.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return.

How do I care for my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best (particularly jewellery containing leather and/or stones) we recommend avoiding continuous contact with water, chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. When not wearing your jewellery, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Gently clean your jewellery periodically with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dirt or oils. For more information on how to properly care for your jewellery, see our jewellery care guide.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.
